Federal Model 2 Fire Siren

This is a model 2-120 that was just installed at the Catawba VFD in Catawba NC. It is replacing a Sterling 2v8 that went bad. The wind up is kinda wierd but it runs fine after that.

Awesome video. Great sound, love the echo! I agree with Jason's comment above, so far the best Model 2 vid on youtube I have seen.

I will of course agree that it sounds great, but I also must say that is one of the highest-mounted Model 2s I have ever seen.
I left this board in early 2010. I am not a part of the siren community in any sense anymore. I will not provide assistance or information.
