I have not been back there in a few years, but the last time I was the T-128 worked (but the 1003 failed). I do not know if the T-128 is broken; they could have changed their policy to silent testing.

That's been there for a few weeks now.
The real question is, are the other two still up or gone too?
the one in Salter park is still there, but there's a 2001-130 about 50 yards south. haven't gone down Beaconsfield recently to check the last one.

Have they disconnected the Salter Park t-bolt yet?

They've ran power to all of the new 2001-130's in Harper Woods by now, right?
