Identify this siren

This is a Fire Dept. siren located in Chile. Anybody have an idea what it is? Sorry for the video quality.

It sounds like a 3t22 to me.

I'm pretty sure its a British Carter siren or some type of variant. I know they are popular down in that area.

There are a number of Klaxon and Carter sirens in use in Chile. It seems to be their typical fire siren. Chile uses a 50 Hz. electrical supply, hence the lower pitch.
