Home Depot has installed yellow strobes on the handicap scooters in the store. WHY???

I'd find it embarrassing to have that light flashing if I needed to use a scooter. Can it be switched off?
Probably another lawsuit inspired item.

Wanting not to leave our toy poodle in the SUV, we could not carry him inside Best Buy because a woman was bitten by a dog in the store.

I have a hard hat with a red beacon I Installed on top of it. I made it for hockey games. The light is a Grimes (now Honeywell) rotating light, made for a military aircraft.

Yes, I'm a dork.....but knowing is half the battle.

By the way, many school buses have cell phones in them. (Our buses do.)
