I just invested about an hour running Route 29 in both directions from Green Bay on Streetview, I can't find anything that even looks the same

Yeah I did the same. I'm not 100% it was along 29 but I know we were heading home to Eau Claire and were just outside the Green Bay area.

I found the dsa it is on tomlin street west side of Green Bay or you can find it on interstate 43

There's also another DSA further east from that one that's by a maintenance building for the rail yard, located on the south side of Prairie Avenue just east of Bylsby Avenue. Now that I see what they're likely used for, there may be even more of them in that area along the tracks.

So I'm trying to figure out where it is but I was told that Green Bay has a DSA somewhere. Not sure if it's at Northeast Wisconsin Tech as there is a mystery siren over there. But there was another mystery siren at Tower Park over on Ridge Road and looking at the correct angle, you can see these speaker arrays that point downwards from the side of the water tower, but there's only one each which Federal Signal doesn't even sell a DSA1 on the market. So what is this siren at Tower Park and does anybody know about any DSA in Green Bay?
