Here's another 4008 for y'all. This one is labeled siren #9 on the north end of town and is supposed to be going away soon. I figured I'd get a video of it before it morphs into a 2910. Enjoy!

Sometime next year AFAIK. The communications dept approved a replacement of three per year and the ones I heard were next to be replaced are #7, 9, and 10.

Do you know about when these were installed?

According to the guys with the city I spoke to when I saw this one a few years back (formerly installed by the Gleneagles Country Club off of Park Rd. but had a rotation failure and was replaced by a 2910), the year that was stamped into the compression drivers was 1992.
However the quote sheet published by the city for the siren update said they were installed in 1997.

Yes I can confirm it was the later 90's the system went in. They used to have at least a couple Penetrators, of which I physically saw.
