At the AFB where I work they play the star spangled banner over the Modulator's and DSA's everyday at 5 in the afternoon. Is it loud, yes, one of my friends said she can hear the music at her house a mile away. Does it sound good, no. The DSA's sound okay, the modulators sound like crap, with lots of distortion. The same thing goes for voice messages, the Whelen omnidirectional sirens have much better voice capabilites than the FedSig products, especially the modulator.

But does the Modulator have a good warning tone, oh hell yeah!
