I assume the Federal DSA Siren is a replacement? I wonder why.

There's actually 48 sirens in Vogtle's warning system, not 29. Here's a map of the system I made a while back: http://goo.gl/maps/WXvYr

From what I could hear during one of their tests back about 10 years ago or so, the whole system originally had all dual toned ESC-864 controllers, but they've since upgraded all of them sometime in the early/mid-2000s per NRC regulations. I think the upgraded controllers have the 440Hz alert tone, but I haven't been up there since the upgrade to hear any of them.

It's not a DSA, it's a Whelen WPS-2020. Their entire system is all older Whelens, mostly 3016s with this one 2020 at the plant itself.

I'd like to make an update to Wolf Creek's siren system. They replaced their Thunderbolt 1003's a few years ago and now have American Signal T-128s. Here is a map that Ian and I have been working on for the area: http://goo.gl/maps/LKRMy
Most of you probably know that they replaced them already, but the master list has not been updated.

Update to the West Point Nuclear Power plant warning system: either they added or replaced their Penetrators with Hormann electronic sirens.

The Enrico Fermi Nuclear Power Plant in Newport,Michigan has a system of 2001-SRNs. The plant is in Monroe County. I just wish they had different sirens like Thunderbolts! :wtf: Here is my video of one in Monroe Charter Township Michigan. Read the description
