For now until someone reputable says anything else, yes I believe.

I heard there was a rumor that they also mounted the blower vertical on the pole to keep it from tipping only I don't see how that would keep the pole from tipping.

That was never a rumor or true. The blower was the same as the C-Series model, but the entire frame was 10" shorter than the C-series. It was 46x33x26 opposed to the older 56x33x26 size. I think Federal had a mild obsession with cubes eh?

Excuse me, I made a mistake. It was 8 inches not 10 and the entire blower was a different size. My apologies.

Here is a quote from Jeff Morris:

I need to see a pic of one!!!!!! Maybe somewhere out there on the internet, someone has a pic of one but does not know it.

Also, maybe Jeff Morris knows where those 10 thunderbolts were installed?
