Payne Ohio Darley Champion noon blast. 3/29/2017

Today I went to this Darley for its noon blast, and it went off at 12:01. While this was a success, I tried the Model 5B in Oakwood for Paulding County's test but that one never activated.

This Darley is located atop a grain elevator off of Maple Street. It also does 6 PM blasts.

I believe I saw one of these in Wyandot County, IIRC, in the village of Nevada.
