Headed out to Penbrook on Saturday to get a video of their Modulator, which is located on top of the police department. But, there was an unexpected surprise element: The fire department down the street tested their Diaphone horn at the same time! In the one other video of this siren by MisterTwister55 (embedded at the top) the horn wasn't blasted, so it came as a bonus when I got to hear both at the same time. Fire Sirens in Dauphin County are tested every Saturday at noon.

is it just me or has the Modulator's pitch got higher? Seems like it has gone a tone higher to me.

EDIT: got the dates wrong. I mean LOWER pitch.

IDK, I think they made the pitch lower since the first video was recorded in 2009.
