Where is that alternate wail I'm hearing? Thought Chicago tested in alert.

This siren is far from the Chicago border. No alternate wail is heard in this video.

I thought I was crazy when I first watched this video and blew it off...but after seeing @Valtonus's post, I concur...I heard a faint alt wail in the background.
