That could also be an STH-10. There is one that does activate with the Thunderbolt.

I definitely think this is one of St. Pete's old T-Bolts that was moved to the jail after it opened in 1981. The siren was installed a few years later at the request of nearby residents. St. Pete's system was shut down in 1985.
It would be surprising if there is another siren nearby. I do know that both Kenneth City and Pinellas Park had T-Bolts (both long gone). I can't figure out if Clearwater ever had a CD system-there was a Model 5/7 on Clearwater Beach at the firehouse.
