For those who did not know, there is a Sentry Defender siren located in Lafayette Township Ohio. Unfortunately, the siren has not run properly in some time. According to city documents, the siren system is outdated and does not work properly with the sheriff's departments equipment. The city said it would look into updating or replacing its current system. The city is also looking into adding more sirens for bio-hazards related to a natural gas pipeline being built.

Here are the documents (All documents make reference to the siren system):

This is in Medina County.
I was unaware they had a Defender, but their Sentry 15V2T is still active and is tested at the Medina County monthly siren tests. There is a Sentry Defender in Chippewa Lake as well but it is also inactive.

I think we are talking about the same siren (Lions Park Dr.). I should have added that Chippewa Lake Village is a part of Lafayette Township.
