Chrysler in my city

About a month ago on the back of a white pickup truck looked like half of a Chrysler air raid siren.It kinda looked like the old tractors from the 40's engine area and down the side in big bold letters it said CHRYSLER.It also
had an area where it looked like the horns went.

What all was there? The blower? The chopper? Who was driving it? If it was a small old guy it was probably harry Barry.
What type of truck was it?
