Woah. That is a site I have not seen in a long long time. I remember looking at that 10+ years ago. Had completely forgotten about it.

Waymarking is how I found one of the WS-2016s here in Idaho Falls. It's still on the site, but the siren has been moved for a while now:

I used to spend a ton of time on that site when I first joined. Gave me a much needed kickstart to my statewide map.
