Monthly test of this green Modulator 3012, located at Fort Ruger Park in Kahala. It uses MC controls, and runs strictly on solar power. A Modulator 3024H-UV is barely audible after the 3012 winds down.

The 3024 has the same cell count as the 3012, but with eight drivers per cell. It was an option sold by Federal.
There are multiple video’s of MOD-3024H’s on youtube, all of which are located in Hawai’i. Randall Noguchi has quite a few video’s of them in action. The 3024H’s sound identical to any other MOD, with an output more comparable to a 6024 vs a 3012. Below are several of Randall’s video’s of 3024H’s in action. Most 3024H’s on O’ahu are labeled “3012” in videos for simplicity sake.matthewwatson wrote: ↑Tue Aug 08, 2023 9:20 pmI did not know it was an official thing
Someone needs to record that sometime
Kamiloiki is a 3012. There's no tag on the head so it's an older unit.
You are right, That second video was supposed to be of the Kuliouou 3024H. I’ll edit the original post.SoundMaster 391 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 15, 2023 7:45 amKamiloiki is a 3012. There's no tag on the head so it's an older unit.
