Saw this while exploring on maps. Any idea on what it is? I thought it could be a Little Giant without the horns. (2012 street view next to 10V2T)

I'm not sure if it is a Little Giant. There would be chopper ports on the ends of the siren, because I don't know how they could fit a Little Giant into that small of housing without the chopper getting in the way. The way it's mounted doesn't look like a Little giant as well. (I'm not sure if it's a Model B either)

Maybe there was a Model A or D in there? That's all I can think of.

In my honest opinion I think it is a little giant siren with modified housing. I see sterling model M's Not just on the internet but also in person with modified housings. They were produced by the same company.

It could also be the remains of a siren. But I cant really tell if it still has power running to it or not.

Maybe the 10v2t replaced whatever that siren was (if it even was a siren)

I was starting to doubt that it was a siren. But it it just looks too much like a siren for it not to be one.

Im not sure either. There's another one in Pennsylvania. Look by the radio tower.

I think that's just an antenna attached to the tower. If you look closely, you can see mounts going from the antenna to the tower, and by the lighting you can kind of tell that it's flat.

Definitely not, it's too small for a Type B dual-head, although the later ones did have a similar housing. Also not an antenna, there's no reason you'd have a tube open at both ends.

I'm with ThatACAGuy. Looks like a Little Giant with a homemade housing. They're very small sirens, and if you look at it from the side it kinda makes sense.

I just checked, and according to the sterling siren map this is apparently a Sterling 2V8! I have no idea how this could be possible though, the 2V8 is vertical while this is horizontal. This would have to be a heavily modified version of one. if it even is a 2V8.
