My Dual Tone Model 2 doing Alert and Attack on Test day. Other sirens heard in the beginning are a ACA Allertor 1 mile to the south and ACA P-50 1-1/2 miles to the North.

Wow! Great sounding 2T!

Just curious, have you ever tried running it with a 5/6 port rotor, just to see what it would sound like?

Never heard any complaints Some may expect it to go off for a tornado warning. But I have to be at home for that to happen

Hey, you could rig up a controler using the Alarm Out jack on a digital weather radio. You would need to program the weather radio so that it only sounds for tornado warnings for your county. If I ever get my hands on a siren, that may be what I'll do.

I know it's been mentioned before, but what were the years of production for the 2T? What a mistake FS made stopping the production of this one.
