Yeah, probably either a 508 or Eclipse based on the lower frequency.

If it was a 508 then I'd expect the sound to fade in and out when it rotates... if the rotator hasn't perished yet due to the fibreglass sound splurger (it literally throws sound out) overloading the rotator motor. And since the T-121 and T-112 has the same chopper and stator design as that of Federal's, they should also sound the same.

I'm pretty sure that's a shroudless Model 3, 5 or 7. The top over the chopper screams Federal.
