Old pictures with sirens in them

I had been looking up cities and towns for another short road tip for in December. And found these two pic's from Byron, MI 1930 and 1938.
It looks like a trash can on a tower, but i'm sure it's a siren.
Maybe this thread can be where you post the old pictures of sirens say Pre-1952

That is a Darley Model 5. The sides are covered with louvres and there is a Federal Model 5 inside of it.

The last time I went through Byron in the late 1980s, that siren was still there at the same location.
