It's the controller that gives it the ability to do fast wail, not the siren itself.

I just love the 40V2T. I love the wind-up. It's kinda like the THX theme.

I compare the 40V2T to the 2T22 back in the day, it definitely has a distinct tone that can't be mistaken for any other siren.
