Sorry for no vid cause the old HD camera was not compatable so I only got the audio.

East end SIGNAL DIVISION Federal Signal Corporation Thunderbolt 1003
I recorded this one from 409 yeards away, literally on the Stateline between Minnnesota & South Dakota.

Mr. Thompson was there attempting to record the new 2001*130 but both of his camera's batteries died.

After the test, we (Mr. Thompson & I) talked for a bit, & since it was near 12:00 PM (CDT) we attempted to record the 2001*130's daily activation.
I didn't go off.
The 2001*130 was simply put on the old 3T22's pole which must have been at least 30 feet off of the ground THATS LOW

Well I ended up spending the rest of the day with Mr. Thompson & arround 1-2 in the afternoon the sirens were activated again by accident, we were driving to my car & we heard the sirens sound.

DerekT has a video somewhere of a Thunderbolt programmed to hi-lo with attack somewhere on youtube. Sounds just about the same as this. And yes, that's quite the racket of noise...

When it goes out of hi-lo the tone deepens, unless I am just hearing things? Letting off more air pressure from the pipe/blower i take it. I think it's a good attention getter with those two alert types going off at once.

Its not doing High-Low wail, its supposed to be doing only the Steady High-Low (Fire) Signal like the other one but the flasher is partly to blame, the whole thing is out of whack *& the city won't let him fix it.

Thanks Jason, I really can't think straight, with the time change, & me starting to get a cold.

But on my East End 1003, you have to admit I got a the Fade In/Fade Out effect really good.
