Hesston, KS Sirens w/ activation tones.

In this first video, you can hear someone request that the town's sirens be set off again, and mediately following activation tones are sent. I think that's kind of odd as the 2001 is already going off, but they also have a xt22 and another siren, so maybe the 2001 is on a different circut of something? Idk...anyway
