2001's aren't exactly "lower pitch" if they are comparing it to thunderbolts... unless they are referring to ASC Tempest series and have those installed rather the 2001's? :)

The Thunderbolts maintained full power at lower pitch than a 2001 due to their chopper being driven by an external blower. The 2001 units share a common shaft for their blower and chopper and lose output as the pitch decreases. The claims on the video are false.
The most overlooked opportunities are in the learning of and improvement in old technologies.

I am going to input my 2 cents into this. To me whether it's low pitched or high picthed , as long as it is heard that is what counts. This video should be directed to all the people who complain about the sirens being too loud. Well they are loud for a reason.
