In the last 2 or so years, St. Bernard Parish has installed a parish-wide warning siren system. To augment the coverage and provide voice capability in target areas, they also have a portable trailer:

I like how only one horn has the ASC logo! That plastic knob at the back makes for some easy vandalism, it seems.

Better keep it well away from Maya Nagent unless it has self activating floats. Seems like a lot of government property sinks and disappears when Maya Ray gets ahold of it.
