Malfuntioning Whelen

Lol, I just found this malfunctioning Whelen on Youtube.

Tell me what you think about it, and what model/series it is. It's obviously a omni directional Whelen.

This topic has been brought up before. It's most likely a low battery, or possibly damage to the tone generator.

Sounds like an older WPS-2910 to me.
