I guess they sounded Hilo this year too. I think this is a 4008?
This one does Alert, then Hilo with lots of echoing! It also appears to shut off a little early.

It's got the bulky top and back end like a 4008. I'd tack up another vote for the 4008.

the seabrook system is all 4008s and 3016s the first and second videos are 4008s the third is the 3016.
