Military Modulator playing music

I'm now stationed at Fort Meade, MD. About 50 feet from my barracks window is a modulator. It gets used daily for the daily bugle calls at 0630, 1700 and 2100. I'm going to post a video tomorrow, it's actually pretty awesome.

Must be pretty lo-fi! Does it sound like the bandwidth of an AM radio?

Ft Hood Texas has these same type of sirens and they also do the bugle sounds as well during the day. definatly loud.
