Most of the remaining Thunderbolts of the Trojan Nuclear Power Station in Oregon and Washington are painted a blackish dark green to blend in with the trees.

Painted black by Federal Signal?
South Denver has a dark brown Thunderbolt painted to match the color of the 8 story bank building on which it is mounted. http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&c ... &encType=1
(It's blower is apparently inside the roof mechanical room.)
In a car commercial filmed in SFC? we saw an SD-10 painted black.
There was a few communities around the Chicago area, which had T-bolts painted green on top and brown further down. This was so they would mesh in with the trees, especially in the forest preserves. Strange, but effective paint scheme.
