Hmm. After you posted that, he said that it is near Cabot high school. I assumed that with a title of "WI Tornado Siren " it would mean that it's in Wisconsin. Seems a little fishy........

Could the video owner possibly have created a new account and make a mistake in the title?
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced. :(
