Well, it seems I had things grossly confused from my Fedelcode posting.

The Sterling M-10 I spoke of is in this YT clip:

The confusion was in the fact that the Federal siren in this community is similar in windup to the other one.

Anyway, this siren's cycle spacing is unique among all others I've heard from that model. And the spinup is Killer Awesome.
